Develop synthetic aperture beamforming algorithm in Matlab
– With provided synthetic aperture data set, reconstruct an image using
synthetic aperture beamforming algorithm.
– Envelop detection and log compression are needed after beamforming
for displaying the image. The image needs to be put in the right scale.
– Plot the PSFs in both axial and lateral directions.
– Measure the PSF resolution in both axial and lateral directions.
– Apply transmit and receive apodization
