Using MATLAb To simulate 2D curing of epoxies


I'm doing a project to simulate a cure cycle and this involve a cure kinetic equation that needs to be solved using MATLAB. A cure kinetic equation has a heat and chemical equation and the task would essentially require to solve this using MATLAB. I'm attaching a journal paper and I need to use the equations in the journal paper and use MATLAB to create 2D simulation model. I'm not attaching the whole journal paper instead attaching the 6 pages that shows the necessary equations for solving. All the variables are explained in this 6 pages. The way to solve the equations are explained in file "Page 5", just above the section 3.3(Numerical Results) . I would be grateful if you could use MATLAB to solve them since I'm a beginner at MATLAB.

I have attached the required equations and the plots generated by the equations in the attachment section. The equations given in the attachments are the one necessary to complete the task.
