My name is Rida Ahmad. I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Technical University Dortmund, Germany. I have completed Bachelors in Mathematics and Masters in Mathematics with distinction from NUST. I have published 5 ISI Journal research papers and I have a strong hold on LaTeX (a typesetting tool) that is essential for the formatting of various conference and journal papers. I have the knowledge of the programming languages C++, MATLAB and MATHEMATICA. I can easily help you on Microsoft office programs i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Here is a quick overview of my skills and strengths. I am well-organized, efficient and self-motivated. The key to my success has been to learn quickly and then reach for a higher personal and professional standard by seeking additional responsibilities. My PhD journey has polished several qualities in me those includes my ability to take ownership with minimal supervision, persistence, good communication skills, time management, open mindedness, critical thinking, passion and curiosity to learn something new, ability to think, hard work and self motivation.
My teaching experience (in-person as well as virtually during covid19 times) includes teaching Mathematics and MATLAB to Masters level students in TU, Dortmund, Germany. I had been a Mathematics lecturer for Bachelor level students at Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. I have worked with Mathnasium USA as a virtual tutor where we teach Mathematics to school kids.
