I travel a lot for work and recently i have noticed that Jet lag is seriously effecting me.
I travel worldwide around every 2 weeks for a few days, and this is having a serious effect on my work, life style and sleep.
I want an equation where i can enter any flight details, e.g. the time i leave, the time i arrive in my destination country, the flight time, time difference etc, and it tells me how many hours of sleep I need during my flight to reduce my jetlag e.g. line up with my destination time zone.
To put simply, I want to know how much sleep i should get during any flight to reduce my jetlag.
