I already worked as a Customer Service Representative for 3 different companies, Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile Canada, and TELUS Mobility. I handled general inquiry about the products and sevices we offer, basic technical support, rate plan change and renewal of service. With TELUS I was also cross trained to handle inbound collections, I can process refunds, payment arrangements and credit bureau ammendments. I also worked as an Outbound Telesales Representative for Virgin Media. I was under the cross selling line of business. We are calling existing clients and we sell other services that they don't have like home phone, television, internet or mobile service. I would definitely fit in with the job since I've been in the industry for almost 3 years.
