I have recently launched Innovation Upgrade – www.innovationupgrade.com. The idea is to provide insights and training on innovation through webinars and online Q&A sessions. I plan to present 4-8 virtual sessions a month.
The current sales approach with individual subscriptions has potential, but it requires more marketing focus. How can you help me generate more leads and get more subscriptions? I am open for ideas.
I do also want to develop a 3-tier subscription program for companies and organizations.
Tier 1: Up to 100 people in an organization, 10 users at each webinar, annual fee is EUR 1,000
Tier 2: Up to 1000 people in an organization, 20 users at each webinar, annual fee is EUR 2,000
Tier 3: Up to 100,00 people in an organization, 50 users at each webinar, annual fee is EUR 3,000
I need help to identify the right "buyers" for such a program and then I need help to close the sales with these buyers.
A Referral Program:
I am thinking about how develop a marketing / referral program for this.
If a company or an organization can bring onboard x number of paying members they can get a better price or special things like private sessions or webinars. It could also be individuals who use their network to recruit members and then get a fee of the income. I need someone to help me get the marketing / referral program up and running and once this has been done, I need help to manage it.
