Hire a Marketing Specialist

You are primarily responsible for all marketing operations. You are a self-starter, qualified and/or with experience at a senior level in marketing, finance and/or banking, as well as possessing strong IT and organisational strengths. As business development is in the hands of the CEO, to whom you will report, and the President, you will often communicate with other members of the senior leadership team including the CTO, the CLO and Vivier’s Regional Directors. Some travel will be required. Responsibilities: • Manage sales and marketing function. • Develop, improve and implement marketing strategies, to include research and analysis into the most cost effective routes to market, ensuring legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions. • Find and exploit new products to market. • Contribute to company growth and standing through its websites, media interactivity, social media platforms, public relations and third party comparison sites, as well as by establishing key associations and connections. • Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with marketing platforms and media providers. • Produce marketing analysis, forecasting and budgets, reporting results and progress. Desired skills and experience: • A degree, preferably at master’s level, with a specialisation in finance and/or marketing. • Professional experience, with demonstrable achievements, to include: o consumer marketing and/or service/product/brand sales management; and o working in cross functional teams, having budget ownership. • Computer skills to include: o as a minimum, complete familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; o preferably, knowledge of HTML as well as content management systems such as WordPress; and o ideally, design skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. • English mother tongue, with preferably 2-3 other major languages.
