Help me with Marketing

I am looking for a creative marketer with experience in mobile games to help me reach more players for an simple indie rpg on Android and iOS. Primary deliverables include: - Work on creative assets like Icon, Screenshots, Featured Graphic and Promotional Video to increase conversion rate - Other App Store Optimization to help increase organic traffic - Development and maintenance of paid digital marketing campaigns to reach a broader audience - Design other marketing strategies as appropriate I develop and maintain a small mobile game (Android + iOS, free download w/ some IAPs). I created all the app store assets myself and have been running Google Display ad campaigns myself. The results are okay but not great. I want to ramp up my marketing budget to reach more players. The game tends to be well-loved by players, but one challenge is that the game's graphics aren't great. I have a set of initial projects including a refresh of my app store page and assets and development of paid digital marketing campaigns to include new creatives (video & image). I'm hoping to scope the initial phases to 10-20 hours spread across app store listing updates and campaign creation. I suspect we'd need some down time to perform A/B tests and gather campaign metrics before regrouping and deciding whether to regroup and perform additional modifications or go our separate ways.
