I am looking for someone to help me do "secretarial" / marketing with:
Emailing & finding future clients / businesses in my area (i.e., Montreal, Canada) to promote:
1. My yoga services to corporations, youth centres, schools, seniors homes... I would like you to write the emails, attach a flyer with the information, find their phone numbers, and do a follow up call.
2. My educational consulting business to school while trying to promote my other service such as bullying prevention, sexual health education, teachers training on classroom management, meditation ...
You would be asked to do the same as noted above, which is to email and call all the schools in my area (or Internationally) to promote this service. I would always need to approve the emails before sending and thus your english skills should be strong in that area, and your ability to clearly and confidently make cold calls to the companies, so you should have an international phone plan.
3. Any other emailing, social media, or assistance of small projects.
I would need you to be great at sales, social able, confident communicator, Google Docs, Adobe Illustrator (design is an asset), marketing, social media, and readily available.
