Ayúdame con el marketing

Hi, I'm looking for an Agent to be interested in my book and willing to work finding someone who would like to publish. I can't do it myself, since i don't know where to start, so i need help on that. The book is a Fiction Novel, written in Spanish, and it's the first of a trilogy. I will love to send the first 3 chapters to who would be interested in. The job is not free, but I'm offering the 40% of selling if the books is published. Thanks.
