We are a growing ecommerce retail company opening a new online niche store. Our product line is in the furniture space.
This position will call B2B to 1) find the contact to talk to about setting up a drop ship account and then 2) have a brief conversation with that person.
There are no sales involved, but they will pre-qualify us to determine if we sound like a company that they would like to work with.
We have a basic script and responses to the 3 or 4 most common questions and rebuttals. These are very straight forward calls with a typical 60-80% success rate. Our sole purpose for the calls is to get the application process started so we can resell their items in our store.
We will supply the list of manufacturers and suppliers including websites, phone number, location, etc.
We are seeking someone who is professional, confident and comfortable talking on the telephone with manufacturers and suppliers. Although not necessary, experience working with manufacturers and/or in the furniture industry is a plus.
This is a short term, part time project which will probably last2-3 weeks. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to hearing from you.
