37075 Need Traffic to India Job site

We want marketing/traffic to our website. It is an Indian Job Site. We want unique Indian visitors. No spam and no SEO,otherwise we are open to suggestions. Maybe you can make Indian websites, newsletters and blogs write about our site or you can spread the word on message boards (no spam). Maybe you have connections with internet cafés that can use our site as startpage. Perhaps you can help us with banner or print advertising in India. We are on a tight budget so be creative. The maximum amount for this project is $50. If you ar interested we need you to answer the following questions: 1: Are you Indian? 2: How will you help us with getting unique visitors? 3: Have you done anything similair before?
