Markey Survey for Diagnostic Centers (Primary Research)

Description: We’re hiring an experienced telephonic researcher to conduct primary research with certified diagnostic (pathology) and radiology centers in Delhi NCR and Kolkata. This is a short-term assignment with a clear checklist of tasks and quality requirements. Scope & Deliverables 1. Prepare a verified list of certified diagnostic centers (pathology and radiology) in Delhi NCR and Kolkata, focusing on NABL and NABH accredited centers. (Exclude collection centers). 2. Reach out to the centers by phone and secure participation from target centers. 3. Client/ project owner will provided a list of question (10 -12 questions at max) 4. Collect detailed responses and enter responses neatly into the Excel template 5. Record every call (mandatory) and provide audio files for each confirmed response. 6. Submit the final Excel file, call recordings, and a brief summary report to the project owner. Sample Size and Target Mix: Total: 50 confirmed respondents (small to medium-sized centers) - Delhi NCR: 30 centers (15 pathology, 10 radiology, 5 both) - indicative - Kolkata: 20 centers (10 pathology, 7 radiology, 3 both) - Indicative Timeline: - Maximum 5 calendar days from project start. Budget: - INR 70 per validated response (total potential payout: INR 3,500 for 50 responses ). Payments released after verification. - Validation includes cross-checking basic center details, reviewing call recordings, and spot-checks. Required Skills & Experience: 1. Proven experience in telephonic primary research or market surveys. 2. Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formatting). 3. Ability to record and securely share call audio files. 4. Clear spoken English and Hindi; Bengali speaker is a plus for Kolkata outreach. 5. Reliable phone connectivity and availability during business hours in India. Notes & Important 1. Two-way selection process: Post-shortlisting through the freelancer portal. The project owner will conduct a 10-minute telephonic interview for final selection 2. Collection centers and non-certified centers are excluded from the survey and will not be considered valied.
