I need an India-based consultant who already knows the boho art and macramé ecosystem to help me bring three lines of kits—DIY, Beginner and Premium—to market. Your first mission is supplier discovery: track down reliable artisans or factories that can produce consistent, high-quality cords, beads, wooden rings, dowels and any specialty add-ons, then compare their MOQs, lead times and export readiness so I can choose quickly. Alongside the sourcing work, I want clear market intelligence. Map current price points, best-selling bundle sizes, and trending colour palettes for macramé wall hangings, plant hangers, shelf décor, mirrors, key holders and dream catchers so I can position each kit correctly. Packaging is the third pillar. I have a freelance U.S. branding partner on standby; you will collaborate with that person and my chosen packaging designer to translate the research into an on-shelf concept that feels premium yet is cost-effective to ship. Key deliverables • A spreadsheet of vetted suppliers (minimum five per main component) with contact info, sample costs and terms • A concise market research report covering domestic and export demand, competitor benchmarking and recommended SRPs • A packaging brief that includes dieline specs, material suggestions and any compliance notes needed for U.S./EU retail I will be available for quick feedback loops and expect the initial supplier list within two weeks of kickoff, with the full package delivered no later than six weeks. If you already maintain a network in Jaipur, Delhi, Panipat or Tirupur, mention it—those hubs are of special interest.
