Expert Metal Lathe Operator Needed

I have a batch of precision metal parts that must be produced on a lathe to very tight tolerances. All work is on metal stock only—no wood or plastics. The tasks involve three core operations: turning multiple diameters, facing surfaces perfectly square, and cutting both internal and external threads exactly to the drawing specifications. I will provide detailed PDFs and STEP files that call out ±0.02 mm tolerances and surface-finish requirements. You will take the project from raw bar to a fully inspected, production-ready component. That means setting up the machine, choosing the right tooling and inserts, dialling in speed/feed and coolant, running in-process micrometer checks, and completing a final inspection before parts leave your shop. Consistency across the small-to-medium batch size (about 20–30 pieces per drawing) is crucial, as each part must interchange freely after assembly. Deliverables • Finished metal parts that meet every dimension and surface-finish note on the drawings • A simple dimensional inspection report for each batch (PDF or spreadsheet) • Clear photos of your set-up and the final parts for my records Acceptance criteria: every dimension within tolerance, threads pass the appropriate gauges, and the specified Ra surface finish is achieved.
