i want to design a self-service payment kiosk that can be manufactured in my own workshop. I do not need only a nice 3D model — I need a design that is realistic, practical, and ready for real sheet-metal production. I already have a basic SolidWorks concept/reference design, but I want it improved into a modern, professional outdoor kiosk, not an old 1990-style box. My available production equipment: Fiber laser for sheet metal cutting Fiber laser for tube/profile cutting CO₂ laser for acrylic/plexiglass parts 150 cm electro-hydraulic press brake Press brake punch and die tooling, photos will be provided Laser welding Main material and bending data: Material: 1.2 mm carbon steel sheet Bend radius: 1.3 mm K-factor: 0.37 Profiles/tubes can be used for reinforcement, for example 30 × 10 mm steel profile Design requirements:the kiosk must be: Suitable for outdoor use Strong, safe, and professional-looking Easy to manufacture using my equipment Designed with realistic bends, cuts, welds, reinforcements, and assembly method Built mainly from sheet metal, with optional tube/profile reinforcement where needed Designed so the back side is sealed Designed with 2 front Door access only for maintenance I plan to use KAV AG40A invisible hinges Doors must be practical to open and service Door gaps, stiffening, and locking points should be designed properly Visual design: I also want the kiosk to look more modern. I may add LED lights or illuminated details to make it look premium and professional. The design should not look like a simple old electrical cabinet. It should look like a modern payment kiosk.
