Programmer needed to make changes to Data Feed script on Magneto 1.9

Hi I will do the task of writing script pulling stock data from my supplier's import feed. Everything has been working ok but "discontinued" items (discontinued products have their own feed), are no longer being removed/deleted from the store front, resulting in customers placing orders for "in stock" items that are no longer available. I am looking for a qualified programmer to fix my current script or rewrite a new one, whichever is easier, to rectify this issue.
