We have integrated PayPal express checkout in magento 2.3.5p2.

Customer getting error : "we can't process express checkout approval"

customer trying to purchasing online product

payment was deducted with PayPal and return back chekout page and show this error "we can't process express checkout approval"on checkout page not redirecting on thank you page that's why magento order process not completed.(caused duplicate orders)
