Finish Recurring Profiles Decline Extension

Job Description:
Project includes finishing a Recurring Profiles Decline Extension for rebilling declined billing orders (we use [url removed, login to view] for billing) and emailing the accounts which continue to decline. The previous coder built a basic version for the extension and at our request he started to update the extension but never finished it. We need someone to finish what the previous coder started. Daily status reports are required.
