We have a Magento site, [url removed, login to view], The site has been up and running well for a while. We want someone to check that email has been set up correctly. The contact form will only forward to gmail, nothing else. Email trace attached.
The domain is controlled by our client&acirc;€™s IT department and they will not make any changes to dns.
This is a note from the it guys;
"We use connection management on our mail server which prevents spammers spoofing email on our domains. The issue is that you are sending from a [url removed, login to view] email address that is external to a [url removed, login to view] address that is internal and is protected from our end."
