Python Time Series Analysing and Prediction

I have a python project that make data analysing.
The data in a csv file and arround 600.000 row. It's a payment data. There is an organisation and members of organisation pay yearly fee. I calculated yearly revenue via groupby.
I only need a time series for prediction for future revenue.
You need to use only two columns: payment_dates and payment_amount. (Date format:[login to view URL])
Date of data between 2000 and 2020
I expect from you two analysing.
First: base on the data between 2010-2016, make a prediction graph for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020
Second: base on the data between 2015-2020, make a prediction graph for 2021, 2022, 2023
