I would like to hire a Logo Designer

My project is my personal business. I own a company that specializes in martial arts courses for police/military/security forces. This type of martial arts training is also labelled as "Tactical Defense Training". My company name is EGAB which is the arabic language name for the Bald Eagle. So the writing on the logo should include the company name "EGAB" and the description "Tactical Defense Training". This should be the only writing on the logo with more emphasis/bold/size on the EGAB word. I would also like a unique graphic in some way displaying the Bald Eagle bird in a creative way but it must be serious art, NOT cartoonish/mascot like. I wouldn't mind any additional graphic or design element that makes the logo further relate to the company activities or makes it look more badass. What I hope to acquire is a logo that once presented to a person in the security/police/military, they view it as professional and serious and appealing to do business with.
