Old Fashioned Styled 2-Color Logo - Project for Graphic Designer

I am searching for a graphic designer who can take the visual elements of 2 images (1 photo of text style and 1 illustration) and combine them to influence the look of a 2-color logo that contains 2 words and an image. I do not want the logo's text to be based on a font regardless of if it is a royalty-free font or not. It must be original artwork as it will be used commercially. I will provide an initial guide for the logo's layout. You will then provide 3 rough draft conceptions based on this. Once a final logo is picked from the 3 ideas, we will go through a maximum of 2 rounds of changes/corrections before the final product is delivered. This is a work-for-hire / ghost-artist project, I would retain all legal rights to the logo/images/final project, and the right to alter/change the logo. The final product needs to be delivered in the following forms: a vectorized EPS (CMYK) file, a JPG (min 300 dpi) file, and a PDF file. Each of the 3 files needs to be delivered in both black and white as well as in color. (6 total final files). Thank you.
