Job Description:
Hello, We are looking for a logo to represent a new program we launched. We are not yet set on the name of the program. We are between "Mentorship Program" or "Work-Along Program". We would like a logo that includes our company logo "Stampede" (first attachment). We were looking at different logos and the 2nd attachment caught our attention because it somewhat ties to the "Stampede Cares" logo (third attachment). To help with the designing of the logo, here is some information about the program: The Work-Along program is a one-week “shadow experience” developed by Stampede for individuals from one area of the company to gain knowledge of other departments. This would provide an opportunity for individuals to understand different company functions and apply what they have learned to their everyday job. Benefits for the employees selected to participate: ● Gain insight to other departments and roles at Stampede. ● Create knowledge and develop an understanding between departments. ● Provides an opportunity to network internally across the organization with departments & individuals they might not interact with. ● Allows individuals to view processes they are involved with from a different perspective. ● Provides an opportunity to see how each department contributes to the overall success of the company. ● Can provide an opportunity to see where an individual would like to grow their career within the company.
