Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I am looking for a programmer who is familiar with dreamweaver HTML editor & website management.

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic who is currently marketing ergonomic & health related informational products. I am also promoting a ergonomic consulting business and advertsing educational workshops. Please see ergoclass.org.

The next upcoming workshop is in Santa Barbara, California on April 28.

Over the next year I am planning to launch multiple websites. I write my own adcopy and content and save it in dreamweaver. So,I'll get the project going, you help me do the rest.

What I am looking for is for some one to help me long-term with polishing or jazzing up the sites with art graphics plus other miscellaneous design inserts I might require. And, I also want them to help make sure the websites are running smoothly.

Currently, I would like help with the following tasks: Immediate need

1. Class particpants to be able to register for the class at any time while they are scrolling down the ad copy.

2.I also need to insert an opt link or window for my auto-responder in blue panel to the left. [url removed, login to view]

3. A better looking registration page.

Down the road depending on how we work together and quality of work:

1. Suggestions on ergonomic graphics

2. Shopping cart pages to market ergonomic software, furniture & accessories

3. Website develpoment
