A perishable shipment will be waiting for me at the GTA Dnata warehouse in Toronto Pearson (YYZ). Your task is to collect that package, drive it across the airport precinct, and lodge it with Air Canada Cargo so the airline can send it onward to me in Calgary (YYC). Key details • Package must be picked up and transported from Gta Dnata as soon as customs clearance has taken place, this will require you to be ready to pick it up once I call you (I won’t know an exact time, only a date in advance). • Priority: fastest possible hand-off once it leaves Dnata. • Timing: I am looking to plan this ahead of time now. This event will be taking place in about a months time and will be a 1-2 day job depending on how fast customs clearance occurs after the package arrives at the warehouse. What you will actually do: 1. Coordinate an exact pickup time with Dnata (I will supply the release reference and any paperwork they require). 2. Present valid photo ID, pay any handling fee on site if necessary (I reimburse immediately with receipt). 3. Transport the package directly to the Air Canada Cargo counter/warehouse at YYZ, complete their waybill, and settle any charges. 4. Send me clear photos of the package at pickup and again at hand-off, plus the Air Canada tracking (AWB) number before you leave the premises. Success is the moment the airline accepts the parcel and issues tracking. If you already hold a cargo-area pass or have experience moving freight around Pearson, mention it when you respond—that will greatly speed things up.
