We are looking for a 1st line customer support agent - the work is very flexible just requiring around 2-4 hours a day. Please note this needs to be spread out e.g. 9AM-10AM local time check tickets and reply to customers, then check again at 2-3PM and again at 6-7 PM.
The above is just an example and the hours are flexible as long as you can offer good coverage throughout the day. We are more than happy to trial different times etc.
It would be helpful if you have expericne with Linux and Windows but this is NOT required ,I am more than willing to train you with this.
