VMware Workstation experts needed to fix my VM machines

Hello I have been using VMware Workstations for 2 years and half and has no issue at all, but since last month, it becomes so slow, that I can not even close it. It takes ages to close single machine. It always shows "no responding". I can not even restart my computer. I have to press the power button to turn on the computer. The structure of my VMware workstations is that I have one main machine and all the rest are clones of that one. And I have like 100 cloned machines. Some of cloned machines have been operated for more than one year, and they might have a lot of file and data. It might make sense they can be slow. But some new created cloned ones becomes slow as well which makes no sense at all. You can see the attached file, it has no response at all when i click different web tabs. I have tried to reinstall VMware workstation. I used to use version 15 and I installed version 16 and it wont make things better. Then I have reinstalled my windows system(only keep the file but reinstall everything else) and it wont help neither. That is why i am out of idea on how i can fix it. Please note that it is not like all the time, it happens from time to time, like 70% of time. Also, sometime VM machines shows some message like this: it has more than 100 redos blablabla (I do not remember the rest). Not sure if it is the reason it is so slow.
