multiple things could be done, first buy proxy services and use them simple
OR build your own network, i mean deploy multiple servers and multiple IP's in multiple regions. You can use awa/google cloud/digital ocean/vultur/or any other cloud platform. deploy small minimum servers (ivcpu 512/1gb ram, 15-30gb storage and lots of network bandwith). you need 100 proxies you can buy 100 ips (from d/f regions as needed) OR say you deploy 10 servers and every time you need to change ip, you simply restart these instances and say you restart your each server 10 times you get 100 proxy ips. If you want 100 ips then buy additional ips for those 10 servers deployed in different regions. 10 ips per server. Now for you to access these proxies, openVPN server will be installed on each server and you will get openVPN client software. simply enter a username, ip and password and you proxy is up. remember after a month you want to change ips then simply restart your server. you will get new ips (if you haven't reserved ips) Simply a lot could be done based on how much budget you have, your desired locations (from where you want your network traffic to originate) and how often you want to change ips. I can demonstrate this with upto 10 ips and 1 server on vultur platfrom
