Below is our minimum requirement:
- Live Chat Sales and Support (24x7)
- Technical Issues in Chat should be handled in tickets
- All default technical issues handling
- Migration assistance for customer in transferring there website hosted other places to our hosting cPanel/Plesk account
- Migration of VPS from other hosts to our host running any kind of virtualization software (like Virtuozzo, OpenVZ 7, Virtualizor, SolusVM)
- Application installation assistance like Python, Nodejs
- OS installation assistance
