need to transcode video stream from RTSP to RTP without high performance.

Budget $30-250 USD

I'm going to make gateway that transcode video stream of ip camera.

Though stream protocol of IP camera is RTSP, but gateway must transcode to RTP stream.

You can use third party library such as gstreamer, ffmpeg.

I want to get command option for transcoding on thrid party library.

Since my gateway cpu is ARM cortex A7, the transcoding must not request for high performance.
