Hello. Are you server owner? Or do you have a root privilegies to your server? It's needed in most cases to change web-server configuration. Some hosting companies allow to use SSL already through the cpanel, plesk or other administrative panel. So at first please describe the kind of your hosting. Second question is: did you buy already certificate? Or do you want to use so named self-signed certificate? Usually browsers don't like them but it may be does not matter for internal projects. And also: do you want to have 2 copies of your site - both http and https? Or do you want site fully work using https only? So give plese some details and I'll install SSL and certificate to your site.
