Job Description:
i have server1 and server2 which encode some videos and results are

so i want visitors to connect to those videos from another server(server3)
[login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
so example in server 1 and 2 i have 2 mbps bandwidth and in server 3 i have 500mbps
so is there a way server 3 to connect to server 1 and 2 and get live video stream from there and serve it to all users .
so in server1 and 2 is connected just server3
and in server 3 are conected all users.
I read on forums and think this is called load balancer or proxy (haproxy, nginx proxy)
also i need to use a htaccess file in server3 to block some ips acessing the video
