Salam .. if using Rsync is allowed then what's the issue ? it won't take much time if data transferred is not much provided the fact that bandwidth is also good enough :) let me know if you're interested

Hi If you are using esxi with vcenter on it, you can clone your vm on the fly. but if not, you can do install linux on target using same version with source server. after that using rsync to copy all content from source to target.
