I have 5+ years experience with mail various mail platforms. I will install a Linux distribution of your choice or CentOS if you have no preference. I will then configure exim to send out over different IP addresses dependant on the mail campaign. If you are comfortable using Interspire I will install this and can help with the setup of the mail campaigns. Alternatively I can install a frontend of your choosing. I will also provide easy access to the mail logs, so that you can see that mails are being sent. I'm happy to talk in further details about any other requirements you may have.
