downgrade my computer from Ubuntu 20-04 to 18-04

I accidentally updated my software to Ubuntu 20-04 and then some of my applications don't work. I tried some online solutions but they don'n work.

I need someone to come and fix it for me please. I'm in Liverpool L5 area.
