Digital Ocean Support (site down, 502 error)

Our site is hosted by DigitalOcean. We have 2 websites. Because payment failed with DigitalOcean our sites were taken offline (billing changed then login issues). When the droplets were restored, the site still will not return.
We're looking for support to help figure out the issue with DigitalOcean. My team and I aren't familiar with the system. We think it's likely there is a quick fix and we're hoping for immediate solutions.
