Convert a .deb package (a 32-bit output from gamemaker) to a snap package.
* The snap must be able to be installed in "strict" mode.
* The snap must be able to run in 64-bit ubuntu.
* The snap must run without any problems/segfaults/errors as it does with the present deb-file.
* The snap must not be rejected from the ubuntu app-store for any snap-package related issues.
