We have some websites on a EC2 AWS server and we need someone that let this stuff open from http and https.
Still, if we do a ping, we get no response. There is a private IP that is [login to view URL] and a public IP that is [login to view URL] . Actually there is installed Plesk on this server and we can open the control panel from [login to view URL] (everything here is working properly).
