additional subnet in hetznet for xenserver

Problem 1 :
we are using xcp-ng - a variation of xenserver on hetzner
we want to setup subnet issued by hetzner - since hetzner doesn't allowed extra mac - bridge setup needed with virtual interface on which all vms are connected - we need someone to setup this for us - hardly a 30 mins job for those who know what to do
Problem 2 : anyone can connect to xcp-ng /xenserver interface we have tried to restrict the access to particular IP through [login to view URL] and iptables but it seems not working - we need help to restrict xen api / interface access to limited IPs.
