We are expanding our team and looking to hire an experienced, analytical and self-motivated Sales Representative.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 to 4 years experience selling Recruitment or Staffing or Accounting services
- Experience in researching prospects for new business opportunities
- Experience in Scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to define and plan strategically
- Ability to use negotiation techniques
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Good knowledge of google suite, MS Office, CRM, and other sales software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Great presentation skills

- Set goals and develop sales strategies
- Sales forecasting
- Generating leads
- Set appointments with prospective clients
- Research prospects and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Actively seek new sales opportunities
- Handling client questions and complaints
- Meeting sales targets
- Presenting services to potential clients
- Stay up to date with trends and competitors
- Prepare data and sales reports
- Act as a contact point between the company and its existing and potential clients
