Setting Goals will depend on what is the aim, we will discuss that in detail. Building Habits guarantee not just a start, but a continued Progress. We will discuss healthy habits that will boost your creativity, output & understanding. Relationships are often overlooked, but they play major roles in our life experiences, hence I will give you pointers to improve communication, the most difficult thing to execute would be setting healthy boundaries & how doing that will change relationship dynamics. Deepening connections will involve quality of communication & time spent, along with value of that relationship. We will work on daily practices and techniques that help stress management & how to learn to perform through it, using it in turn to perform at a competitive level. How well can you rest, is there any overthinking, your creative output, should be your measurable milestones. Number of sessions will depend on how well you can grasp & execute the said actions aligning with your goals, similarly progress tracking will depend on how far you are currently from your goals, and the steps in between will be the tracking metric. We will use a video calling app, & although I don't recommend an app to track routine habits, I do know a 'fabulous' one.
