Hi, I'm a consultant currently handling a persons complete business affairs and her personal affairs. I need a basic 'Authority to Act' letter drafted which covers myself and gives me full authority to act on her behalf in all matters including signing, activation/deactivation of services, all business monitory transactions and finance matters. Authority to process payments and transfer amounts between all her business groups and personal accounts etc.
In summary, I have been working for this lady for few years and now are basically running her businesses (multiple!) and her personal finances. She has 100% trust in what I do but I just wish to cement an overall 'Authority to Act' across everything she throws my way.
