Hello, I am a paralegal in Spain, I am looking for a paralegal with experience in immigration matters in the USA. I would like to tell you a bit about my case (Well, my niece's). My niece is 19 years old; she has entered the United States when she almost turned 18, I have been reviewing the laws in the United States, and I see that she qualifies for a type of protection called Special Immigrant Juveniles, what I am looking for is your help to be able to apply for the SIJ classification, how to fill out the application to send it to the juvenile court.
