below is an email I sent to the company in question which should describe the situation . I believe they have known for some time now who and who would not be getting visas and from my own analysis theyve selected applicants working for the one company to lighten their own workload, the lack of transparancey has cost me 1000s and potentially 1000s in damages from the actions I took to avail of their service. I believe they are breaking the law in different places- In particular they are breaching contract law , misrepresentation, sales of goods and services act aswell as breaching consumer rights - To settle Im looking for a visa as planned or else I would like to receive the projected earnings i was bound to receive for a ten work period at the restaurant in san diego - if you think this could be pursued legally please let me know.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the recent cancellation of my J1 visa. As an applicant who has fully completed the application process and paid all the necessary fees well ahead of many other applicants, I find it difficult to understand the rationale behind this decision.
I have been in contact with several other applicants who have not yet paid their fees or completed their applications, yet they have not had their visas cancelled. The terms and conditions of your company suggest that fully completed applications should receive priority over those that are incomplete.
Since March 14th, I have attempted to communicate with your company on five separate occasions, without receiving a single response. Meanwhile, I have observed that other applicants have been receiving prompt replies to their inquiries. During this period, I have booked my embassy appointment, paid my first month's rent, and purchased a flight to California, amounting to a total expense of €1,580. The lack of communication and selective responsiveness to other applicants raise questions about your company's due diligence and transparency.
Furthermore, I have noticed that the majority of applicants who have not had their visas cancelled are working for PETCO Park, a company with which USA Summer Camps maintains a close relationship. This suggests a possible bias in the visa allocation process, prioritizing applicants working for PETCO Park over others. I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and resources into securing my position in San Diego, including turning down internship opportunities, and the proposed compensation is insufficient given the circumstances.
In light of these concerns, I kindly request the following information when you respond:
