I have attached a transcript from our paralegal’s preliminary fact-finding interview with Mr. Reyes. As you will see in the transcript, Mr. Reyes believes he may be the victim of retaliation by an executive at Bambù because he reported to consumer protection investigators his concerns about the company’s use of textiles that do not meet government standards of sustainability. In other words, he became a “whistleblower” and believes an individual within his company is retaliating against him for doing so.
