This is a straightforward, purely administrative, and negotiation-based flat-fee project. Case 1 (Execution Push): 1:26-cv-02690 (N.D. Ill.) Status: A Final Default Judgment was already entered on April 21, 2026. Action Required: Amazon has not yet processed the deduction. You need to email GBC and push them to immediately execute the judgment with Amazon’s legal department so my remaining reserve funds can be unfrozen. Obtain the Satisfaction of Judgment (SOJ). No settlement negotiation is needed here. Case 2 (Active Negotiation): 1:26-cv-06752 (N.D. Ill.) Status: A Preliminary Injunction (PI) was recently entered on July 6/8, 2026. Action Required: Contact GBC to request their initial settlement offer. Negotiate for a zero or absolute minimum lump-sum settlement. Obtain the finalized Settlement Agreement and Dismissal document to release the store. What I expect from you: Draft and send formal legal emails to GBC's specific handling attorneys on my behalf. Keep me updated on their replies within 24 hours. I will provide the store details, sales data (if needed, it is extremely low), and previous case files. Important: Please bid a Flat Fee for completing both tasks. Hourly bids will be ignored. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central funds withholding and GBC's Schedule A processes is highly preferred.
