We are an upcoming recruitment firm based in Melbourne and are looking for some legal advice for this startup venture. Below are the details of our requirements: - Licensed legal provider needed for support, advise, paperwork for an upcoming recruitment company. The successful candidate will have qualification, knowledge & necessary licencing for providing legal advice in Australia. - Advice & support would be required at startup with things such as preparation of contracts, review of company policies (already in place), marketing material etc. - The legal provider would be preferably well versed with employment & commercial law. As a Legal Graduate and working lawyer I have experience dealing with a similar project that proved very successful as with any start up it is key that the company is built on sound legal foundations and I would be happy to provide the advice as well as documentation that is required to fulfil these needs. i will give a legal basis on what the company or client will give me . maybe a scenario. i studied bachelor of science major in accountancy and i have 3 subjects about law they are the partnership law, corporation law and merchandising law. i still remember those articles we discussed and i can still base on my books . that books are partial books of lawyers about businesses.
