I’m locked into a three-year maintenance-services agreement that renewed automatically without my informed consent. The signed document contains no auto-renewal language; instead, inconspicuously provides a URL to an online Terms & Conditions page, not specific to any person, company or customer. The terms claim we have to give 45-day notice to cancel the renewal—something I never saw before, and for which I received no notifications or reminder. FURTHERMORE - the account manager EMAILED me terms and conditions once we were advised of this, and you will noticed that the date of the T&C she sent me is AFTER the signed contract date.
