What I need now is a reliable stream of fresh, qualified contacts who are actively interested in buying, renting, or investing across Mérida, Progreso, Cancún, and nearby beach towns. The appetite spans residential homes, commercial space, and raw land, so your outreach must resonate with all three segments. The assignment centres on lead generation and verification, not just scraping names. I’m looking for prospects who have recently expressed interest and are reachable by email or WhatsApp. English or Spanish speaking expatriates, digital nomads, retirees, and local investors are prime targets, but I’m open to any demographic that genuinely intends to engage in the market. Deliverable (first milestone) • A spreadsheet containing at least 100 opt-in leads gathered within the past 30 days, each with: – full name – primary email address – phone or WhatsApp number – city of interest (Mérida, Progreso, Cancún, or other Yucatán location) – stated purpose (buy, rent, invest) – preferred property type (residential, commercial, land) Acceptance criteria • No bounced emails or disconnected numbers (I will spot-check). • Each lead must have indicated clear, recent interest in Mexican property. • Data sources and collection methods must be transparent and compliant with privacy rules. After we validate the first batch, I’m prepared to scale the campaign into larger, ongoing monthly quotas with corresponding milestones. Please outline the channels and tools: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, cold-email platforms, data-mining services that you plan to leverage, along with any previous success you’ve had in real-estate lead generation. Spanish proficiency helps but is not mandatory as long as leads are comfortable communicating in English or Spanish.
